Psychological Evaluations (also called “psych assessments” or “psych testing”) are often requested to provide a diagnosis for treatment and to assess the level of functioning or disability of an individual.
Please contact our office if you or a family member:
Are applying for Social Security Disability Income or have been denied benefits and are submitting an appeal
Show symptoms of ADHD
Need diagnostic clarification for Autism Spectrum Disorder, or intellectual/personality problems.
Are applying to qualify for Intellectual Disability Services
Are applying for educational support services in school
Are a newly arrived refugee and are applying for supportive services.
Show diminished capacity to take care of self and need supportive services
Need an assessment to qualify for residential or case management services
